Voss Extreme Sports Week, Norway

Every summer the town of Voss in Norway hosts the world’s biggest extremesports festival with thousands of participans and spectators. In the 2010 festival following sports were represented: Skydiving, Paragliding, Basejumping, Hanggliding, Kayaking, Rafting, Riverboarding, Bouldering, Freeride, Kiting, Big Air, Longboarding, MTB/BMX and numerous unoffcial special events usually shown on ”Today’s Video” in the huge festival tent every evening. In addition to the sports festival a music festival with great bands and huge parties take place in the evenings.
This selection of images only show some sports as there simply is not enough time for one person to cover the whole festival wich means that I will go back next summer. See you there.
