About Anders Blomqvist Photography Over 20 years of relentless travel on our amazing planet in search of outstanding images has not decreased the desire for exploring and understanding this multifaceted world. Continuous movement throws new pictures into my path in an endless stream. Life unfolds, lives and dies in front of the observer. With the aid of the camera I am able to freeze these moments, to preserve them on film and share them for everybody to enjoy. Moments of life on earth and experiences are hard to convey but a great image can give rise to feelings and emotions in the observer. Therein lies the challenge. I believe in the everlasting value of still photography. Being able to look closely at a photograph then returning to see a different aspect of the same image represents a timeless quality not found in moving pictures and fast video clips. This small presentation is intended to familiarize the visitor with different aspects of each destination available in my stock. Behind every image lies hundreds, even thousands more.
